Throughout these Terms of Use, “VelChat”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to VELUTTA LTD.

By accessing, registering, or using VelChat in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use VelChat

• You must be at least 18 years old to use VelChat.

• By using VelChat, you confirm that you are legally allowed to access and use online platforms under the laws of your country.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of VelChat is legal in their jurisdiction.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe a violation has occurred.

VelChat allows users to upload, post, share, and distribute content including but not limited to:

• Text

• Images

• Videos

• Messages

• Media files

You confirm and agree that:

• You own the content you upload or have full legal rights to use and distribute it.

• Your content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

• You do not upload illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or misleading content.

VelChat is not responsible for user-generated content.

All content is the sole responsibility of the user who posted it.

Wallet System, Top-Ups and Withdrawals

VelChat operates a dual wallet system that clearly distinguishes between purchased credits and earned funds. Users may add balance to their account through top-ups in order to access digital services and features offered on the platform. Such top-ups represent a prepaid digital service and are processed instantly after successful payment.

Once a top-up has been completed and credited to the user’s account, it is considered final and non-refundable. Purchased balance cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged back into money, regardless of whether the balance has been used in full or in part. By completing a top-up, the user expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital services and acknowledges the non-refundable nature of such transactions.

In contrast, funds that are earned on the platform through permitted activities, content creation, user interactions, or other monetization features provided by VelChat may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to internal verification, minimum payout thresholds, compliance checks, and applicable laws. Earned funds are distinct from purchased credits and may be paid out to the user using the available withdrawal methods offered by VelChat.

VelChat reserves the right to delay, review, or refuse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, violation of the Terms of Use, chargeback activity, or legal obligations. Any misuse of the wallet system, including attempts to convert purchased balance into withdrawable funds, may result in account suspension, loss of balance, and further action where necessary.

By using the VelChat wallet system, the user confirms that they understand and accept the difference between non-refundable top-ups and withdrawable earnings and agrees to these conditions in full.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use VelChat for:

• Any criminal or illegal activity

• Distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

• Terrorism-related content or activities

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or financial manipulation

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats

• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Attempting to bypass security, moderation, or system limitations

Zero tolerance applies to serious violations.

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

VELUTTA LTD fully cooperates with law enforcement authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies.

If required by law or legal request, we may:

• Preserve user data

• Share user information, logs, IP addresses, messages, and uploaded content

• Disclose account details to authorities

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Criminal investigations

• Court orders

• Government requests

• Prevention of harm or illegal activities

8. Content Moderation & Removal

• We reserve the right to review, moderate, restrict, or remove any content at any time.

• Content may be removed without notice if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

• We may suspend or permanently ban users at our discretion.

9. Data Storage & Security

• User data is stored using secure systems and third-party infrastructure.

• While we take reasonable steps to protect data, no system is 100% secure.

• Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of online platforms.

10. Payments, Credits & Virtual Balances (if applicable)

• Any virtual credits, balances, or digital items have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated.

• Payments are final unless required by law.

• Chargebacks, abuse, or fraud may result in account suspension.

11. Third-Party Services

VelChat may integrate third-party services (e.g. hosting, CDN, payment providers).

• We are not responsible for third-party service availability or issues.

• Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

VelChat is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

• Availability

• Accuracy

• Reliability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELUTTA LTD shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Service interruptions

• User-generated content

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VELUTTA LTD, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of VelChat

• Your content

• Your violation of these Terms or laws

15. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access at any time

• Remove accounts permanently

• Block access without prior notice

Continued use of VelChat after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
